Lesson 1

My first template has been created!

After much struggling with my design page layout using the Layout View, I find I need help. Once I began adding text to my page I find that I have a side scroll. I have tried and tried to eliminate this. Probably something quite simple.

Update: It was simple!! I fixed it.

2 - Page Layout Using Layout View - done
3 - Adding an Editable Region - done
4 - Creating New Pages From a Template - done

Wow.....a whole day I fooled with this, but I beat it!!
I considered taking the Introduction course but decided after reading the specs that I could manage the advanced. I sure had my doubts a while ago. Feeling much better about it now.

Incidentially, all graphics are created using
PhotoImpact 7, my graphic editor of choice!!

Classes are available at LVS for anyone wanting to learn PhotoImpact 7. Teacher is Stephanie Baker-Thomas. Stephanie is an excellent teacher and has authored many many PI tutorials.
